3\|	Please make a deposit in advance to confirm the service after you agree with the quote.
4\|	After receiving the deposit, Tomato Media will translate the document in parallel with the contract signing (if requested by the customer).
5\|	Delivering the translation to you before or on time (send via email or at the Hanoi office or deliver it to you free of charge).
6\|	Customer settles payment for Tomato Media’s service.
